摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of variation in the current integrated quantity used for the capacity determination of a power storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage device (10) charges and discharges to output the energy which is used for a travelling of a vehicle. An auxiliary machine (32) is carried in a vehicle and operates in response to the electric power supply from the power storage device. A current sensor (22) detects a value of current flowing into the power storage device. A controller (30) calculates the current integrated quantity which is used for the capacity determination of the power storage device by integrating the current value acquired from the current sensor until the voltage of the power storage device changes to a second voltage from a first voltage.
