NUCLEIC ACID ANALYZING DEVICE AND NUCLEIC ACID ANALYZER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid analyzing device capable of highly accurately reading a base sequence of a nucleic acid with high discrimination ability in nucleic acid analysis by a tunnel current-type solid nanopore, and to provide a nucleic acid analyzer using the same.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid analyzing device for analyzing a nucleic acid in a sample by current measurement is characterized in that the discrimination ability to at least one among four bases constituting the nucleic acid by chemically modifying a nucleic acid base molecule or an organic compound or the like on an electrode surface of the tunnel current-type solid nanopore.
