<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method capable of increasing flexural strength of a hollow metallic member exposed to high temperature and high pressure, without requiring labor. <P>SOLUTION: A structure 10 for reinforcing piping 1 includes a stainless steel strip steel plate 40 which is wound around the piping 1.
