Provided is an oil degradation suppression device that can reduce oil passage resistance and suppress a rise in pressure loss. This oil degradation suppression device (1) includes: a filter part (3) including a filter material (10) that filters oil; and a degradation suppression part (4) including a powder-like degradation suppression agent (17) that suppresses oil degradation. Among oil fed from an oil storage part (9), the oil filtered by the filter part is fed to parts to be lubricated, and the oil in which degradation has been suppressed by the degradation suppression part is either returned to the oil storage part or fed to the parts to be lubricated.
