PURPOSE: High heel shoes with rotatable and separable heels are provided to change the shoes into low heel shoes and to quickly separate the heels when the heels are stuck in an accident. CONSTITUTION: High heel shoes comprise: a plurality of fixing magnets(21,22,23); a main groove(11); an arm coupling unit with a ball flange(30) for coupling a heel; moving magnets(61,62) for attaching the fixing magnets; a protrusion(52) which is inserted to the main groove; and a male coupling part with a rotation groove(51) for inserting the ball flange. The ball flange moves to the inside of the male coupling part when the protrusion part is inserted and is placed at one side of the rotation groove.
