PURPOSE: Offshore transshipment floating facility is provided to transship cargo between a sub-ship and a mother ship of which height is higher than the sub-ship. CONSTITUTION: Offshore transshipment floating facility comprises a hull sailing on the sea. A sub-ship(200) for transporting cargo or goods from a port of the ground is positioned on one side of the hull. A mother ship(300) for loading the cargo is positioned on the other side of the hull. A crane device(120) for transferring the cargo of the sub-ship is installed on one side of the hull. A hopper device(130) for transferring the cargo from the crane device is installed on the ship. A conveyor device(140) for transferring the cargo is installed on the ship.
