PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus for a welding material sample and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to save time and cost by reducing repetitive processes for machining welding material according to the size and shape of the welding material in a process for manufacturing an experiment sample for evaluating mechanical and chemical properties of the welding material and to precisely and quantitatively measure the pure tensile strength or components of the welding material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus(110) for a welding material sample(100) includes a welding material feeding part(120), a sample machining part(140), and a drawing part(170). Welding material is fed from the material feeding part to the sample machining part, is melted, and then is machined into a sample by the sample machining part. The drawing part draws the welding material machined by the sample machining part and then forms the welding material into the sample.
