<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition suppressing occurrence of peeled chips during development. <P>SOLUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises: (A) a coloring agent; (B1) a resin containing a structural unit derived from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, and a structural unit derived from a monomer having a 2-4C cyclic ether structure and an ethylenically unsaturated bond; (B2) a resin having a structural unit derived from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, and a structural unit derived from a monomer having an alicyclic hydrocarbon structure (with the proviso that the resin does not contain a structural unit derived from a monomer having a 2-4C cyclic ether structure and an ethylenically unsaturated bond); (C) a polymerizable compound; and (D) a polymerization initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
