摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the power saving operation of an information processing system by reducing the total power of device groups and facilities. <P>SOLUTION: Operation information on workloads on and positions of information processor groups 160 to 167 and environment information on and positions of cooling facilities 190 to 198 are stored as layout information, and the operation information on each workload whose execution processing is performed on the information processor groups is predicted, and temporary workload allocation is derived so as not to exceed the performance of each of the information processor groups to which the operation information is allocated. Temporary power consumption and layout information in the temporary workload allocation and temporary power consumption and layout information in transition processing to the temporary workload allocation are calculated, and a temporary cooling power with which the control of the cooling facilities is executed is calculated, and the temporary workload allocation for reducing the most the total sum of the temporary power consumption of the information processor groups and the temporary cooling power of the cooling facilities is searched for, and the allocation transition of the workloads to the information processor groups is performed on the basis of the searched allocation, and the control of the cooling facilities is executed with respect to the actual power consumption of the transition processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
