<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control type drain valve device in which there is no failure by preventing a lock mechanism of a support shaft inside of a mechanical box from being failed or broken, the remote control drain valve device comprising the mechanical box inside of a scupper. <P>SOLUTION: A remote control type drain valve device comprises a scupper 2 which is opened on the bottom face of a tank body 1, a valve cover 6 which is installed in the scupper 2 and moved up and down to open/close the scupper 2, and a mechanical box 3 which is disposed while being supported inside of the scupper 2 and in which a lock mechanism is incorporated for supporting the upward/downward movement of the valve cover 6. In the remote control type drain valve device, a support shaft 31 which is disposed to freely move up and down in the mechanical box 3 and with which the valve cover 6 is mounted to its upper part in a removable manner, and a shock absorber 4 which absorbs the shock to the support shaft 31 are built in the mechanical box 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
