<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound which inhibits TLR 3, 7 and/or 9 and shows excellent effects of prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammation, allergy and the like. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>denotes a ring A or a ring A-B äthe ring A denotes a 5- to 7-membered saturated nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group or the like, and the ring B denotes a 6-10C aromatic ring group}; any one of R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>denotes a specific substituent containing the ring A or the ring B, or the like; the other of R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl, a halogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group or a 1-10C alkyloxy group; and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">6</SP>may be the same or different and denote a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl, a halogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group or a 1-10C alkyloxy group], or a salt thereof, or a solvate of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
