<p>The present invention relates to a control device of an LC circuit using a spiral inductor. The control device of the LC circuit using the spiral inductor according to the present invention comprises: a spiral inductor in which a first metal line connected to a first terminal and a second metal line connected to a second terminal intersect each other at least once and are connected to each other in a spiral shape, and which has at least one intersection portion; at least one transistor having a drain terminal and a source terminal each connected to a first metal line part and a second metal line part corresponding to the intersection portion; a variable capacitor which is connected in parallel to the first terminal and the second terminal of the spiral inductor; and a controller which transmits each control signal to the transistor and the variable capacitor to control a resonance frequency or an output. Accordingly, the spiral inductor can enable multi-mode and wideband mode operations.</p> |
