<p>Novel compositions which are useful in the treatment of mammals for the reduction of inflammation, especially in the gut, and which comprise an aqueous extract of an agricultural product. Preferred compositions comprise an aqueous extract of olive, or an aqueous extract of ginger. The compositions can optionally contain an aqueous extract of chamomile and/or an aqueous extract of artichoke and/or an aqueous extract of cinnamon.</p> |
