PURPOSE: A coated print heater is provided to improve drastically the heating effect of the coated print by contacting closely the coated print introduced into the pressure roller with the heat roller because the transfer guide which shuttles the pressure roller up and down, the transfer cylinder, and the driving pump are equipped at the lower side of the heat roller. CONSTITUTION: A print heater heating a coated print(2) which is flowed out from the print coating apparatus(1) for coating the print formed on the surface of packing box comprises the housing in which the coated print which is flowed out of the coating apparatus is flowed, the support consisting of the first support which is installed as both side open at the entrance of the housing and the second support installed at the exit of the housing, the heat roller which is driven with the motor while being settled in the upper side of the first support and is equipped with a plurality of heating pipes in the inner side in order to heat the surface of the print, and the pressure roller which is rotated so that the above-mentioned coated print is flowed in into the inner side of the housing with engaging with the lower side of the heat roller while being settled in the lower side of the first suppor and is reciprocated to up and down in order to contact or separate with the heat roller. Moreover, the print heater comprises the discharge roller which is settled in the upper side of the second support and discharges the heated print which is ejected in the housing, the steel belt which is connected to the outer periphery of the heat roller and the discharge roller at the inner side of the housing and is rotated so that the heated print is transferred, and the conveyer which transfers the heated print which is faced with the bottom surface of the steel belt. |
