PURPOSE: A restoration block generating method in an inter mode is provided to generate a restoration block by applying respectively different scanning patterns according to a type of a block. CONSTITUTION: A video encoding device encodes motion information of a current block(S110). The video encoding device generates a prediction block through the motion information(S120). The video encoding device restores a residual block of the current block(S130). The video encoding device generates a restoration block by using the restored residual block and the prediction block(S140).
