<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to increase the accuracy of sensing a threshold voltage of an operating TFT by sensing the threshold voltage during a period longer than a 2 vertical period. CONSTITUTION: A pixel of a display panel includes an operating TFT(DT), an organic light emitting diode(OLED), a control circuit, and capacitors(C1,C2). The operating TFT differently adjusts the amount of currents between a drain and source according to the amount of voltages applied to a gate electrode. The organic light emitting diode is lighted according to the currents. The control circuit includes first to fourth TFTs(T1-T4). A first capacitor stores a difference voltage between a first node(N1) and a third node(N3). A second capacitor stores a difference voltage between the third node and a high potential voltage source.</p> |
