<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance pertaining control of connection to a camera. <P>SOLUTION: A smart phone CPU 60 establishes connection to one digital camera or a desired camera among two or more non-connected digital cameras. The smart phone CPU 60 also establishes connection to an issue source of a connection possibility notice when the connection possibility notice issued from one non-connected digital camera or either one of two or more non-connected digital cameras is received by a communication I/F 64.
