<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved information processing apparatus and program for enhancing efficiency of information transfer by a picked-up image subjected to special process. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a region identifying unit to identify a local region subjected to special process for limiting visual information amount in a picked-up image, and an image processing unit to insert an image into the local region.
