<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of greatly reducing toner soiling of an exit guide member adjacent to a secondary transfer belt. <P>SOLUTION: In an image formation device, a toner image each formed on photoreceptors 1M, 1Y, 1C, 1Bk is primarily transferred to an elastic intermediate transfer belt 2, and then the toner image carried by the elastic intermediate transfer belt 2 by the primary transfer is transferred to a recording medium via a secondary transfer belt 11 wound around at least a bias roller 12 and a separation roller 13. The image formation device performs a process control of density adjustment, through detecting a toner pattern transferred to the secondary transfer belt 11. In the image formation device, the separation roller 13 of the secondary transfer belt 11 is a conductive roller, and the separation roller 13 is provided with a power supply 21 for applying a bias of reverse polarity to the toner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
