PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin plate regeneration method whereby a resin plate can be regenerated relatively easily.

SOLUTION: Provided is a method for regeneration of a resin plate installed along a road for the purpose of sound insulation or the like. Part of a coating layer 3 and a substrate 2 of a resin plate 1' to be regenerated is removed, and the removed portion B is applied with a protective agent including resin having a free radical capturing functional group in a molecule to form a protective layer 4.
