<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric conversion apparatus which easily holds a wire, connecting an electronic component with a control circuit board, and easily flips a frame, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electric conversion apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus body part 10 having a semiconductor module 2 and a coolant passage 3 is fixed to a frame 4, and an electronic component 5 (a smoothing capacitor) is attached to the frame 4. Then, a jig 11 is engaged with an engaged part 41 formed at a side wall part 40 of the frame 4 and the frame 4 is flipped using the jig 11. Subsequently, a control circuit board 6 is connected with a control terminal 22 of the semiconductor module 2, and the electronic component 5 is connected with the control circuit board 6 by a wire 12.
