<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass mill that achieves improvement in grinding efficiency and an increase in grinding capacity by allowing efficient biting of woody biomass into a pressure roller. <P>SOLUTION: The biomass mill includes: a housing 3 forming a classifying chamber 16; a classifier 32 housed in the upper part of the housing; a pulverizing table 5 housed in the lower part of the housing and driven by a table driving device 6; a pressure roller unit 9 having a pressure roller 11 pressed against the pulverizing table; a primary air chamber 15 formed below the pulverizing table and into which primary air is introduced; a blowing-out port 18 blowing out the primary air from the periphery of the pulverizing table; and a chute 21 for supplying woody biomass to the center of the pulverizing table.
