<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a video to an appropriate one of two or more displays including a head-mounted display used by being mounted on a user's head. <P>SOLUTION: A head-mounted display 10 side detects whether the head-mounted display 10 is mounted or not, using a mounting sensor 221. If not mounted, a controller 506 on a front end box 40 side instructs an output switch unit 504 to switch the output destination of a reproduction signal from a Blu-ray disk reproduction device 20 to a high-vision display 30.
