<p>An animal-identifying assembly (10) is configured to be selectively secured to and removed from an animal (90). The assembly (10) may include an identifying band (12) configured to be wrapped around a portion of an animal. The identifying band (12) may inlcude at least one protuberance (24) proximate a first end (16) and at least one reciprocal aperture (26) proximate a second end (18). The aperture(s) (26) is configured to receive and retain the protuberance(s) (24). The assembly (10) also includes a securing strap (14) configured to be selectively secured to, and removed from, the identifying band (12). The securing strap (14) and the identifying band (12) are configured to be reused.</p> |
