PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of partial-reduced pellet is provided to decrease the amount of oxygen which is reduced in a blast furnace, thereby decreasing the use amount of reducing agent and reducing gas which are consumed in the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of partial-reduced pellet comprises the following steps of: producing a green pellet by adding binder and water to iron ore; firing the manufactured pellet; partially reducing the fired pellet while cooling by using the self-heat of pellet and coal-containing exhaust gas in a steel mill. The coal-containing exhaust gas is COG(Cokes Oven Gas) or LDG(Linze Donawitz Gas).
