PURPOSE: A device for transmitting content list information between terminals, a method thereof, a receiving device thereof, a method thereof, and a transmitting/receiving system thereof are provided to allow a receiving user terminal to record and watch reserved content without separate manual reservation, thereby helping a user who has trouble in setting. CONSTITUTION: A server connection unit(510) transmits user information of a transmitting user terminal to a content server and secures a data transmitting/receiving session. A flag generation unit(530) generates an automatic setting flag. A receiving user terminal automatically executes content corresponding to a content list generated in a list generation unit(520) in response to setting of the automatic setting flag. A transmitting unit(540) transmits the content list and the automatic setting flag to the receiving user terminal based on the data transmitting/receiving session.
