<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing an occurrence of a corrugated plate-like undulation in a method for manufacturing a polarizing plate including a process which cures an active energy ray curable resin while joining a laminate to an outer peripheral surface of a roll. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a polarizing plate includes in the following order: a process for applying an active energy ray curable adhesive to one surface of transparent films 2, 3 or to one surface or both surfaces of a polarizing film 1; a process for sticking the transparent films 2, 3 and the polarizing film 1 by interposing a laminate 4 formed by laminating the transparent films on one surface or both surfaces of the polarizing film via the adhesive between a pair of sticking rolls 51, 52 rotating in a conveyance direction and applying pressure to the laminate; and a process for curing the adhesive by irradiating the laminate with an active energy ray during conveyance of the laminate in a state of tightly contacting the roll rotating in the conveyance direction. At least one of the pair of sticking rolls is a rubber roll which has a surface made of rubber and is rotary driven, and a rotary speed of the rotary roll is faster than a rotary speed of the rubber roll. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
