<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile cap which makes a pile head joint structure simple and which can reduce the number of construction man-hours, and a connecting pile cap. <P>SOLUTION: A pile cap A includes a pressure plate part 1 which has a stud bolt S, and a cylindrical socket part 2 which is elongated from the pressure plate part 1. An undersurface of the pressure plate part forms a plane so as to abut on a spherical pile head via one point. The pressure plate part includes an upper pressure plate part 11 and a lower pressure plate part 12 which is connected to the upper pressure plate part 11 via a connection part 13.
