<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrical characteristics from being different, as further as possible, even if an antenna is installed indoors or installed outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: A rectangular loop antenna 100 comprises an upper side plate 100a, a left side plate 100d, a right side plate 100b and a lower side plate 100c. Surfaces of the left side plate 100d and the right side plate 100b are folded approximately perpendicularly with respect to surfaces of the upper side plate 100a and the lower side plate 100c, such that the loop antenna is small-sized. Furthermore, at a portion to which a mount fitting is mounted, a conductor plate 101 is disposed approximately in the same shape with the mount fitting projected. Thus, electrical characteristics become similar substantially regardless of the presence or absence of the mount fitting.
