<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new inexpensive base-isolating technology for a building, a detached house, equipment and a device. <P>SOLUTION: In a simple base-isolating construction method for a building, elastic body chips are spread all over a space between a building foundation and ground by being infilled into bags made of a permeable sheet, and seismic energy transferred from the ground is dispersed and absorbed for a reduction in seismic ground motions. The elastic body chips are infilled into the permeable bags and used in substitution for crushed stone so that a base-isolating device can exert the effect of the elastic body chips by integrating them together without scattering them into the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
