<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device that has a wide operation frequency band, can excellently excite a test piece placed on a vibrating table even when the test piece is heavy, and is reducible in manufacture cost and operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration device includes a vibrating table 10 on which the test piece is placed, a vibration exciter body 24, and a vibration exciter 20 which has an excitation shaft 25 protruding from the exciter body 24 and moving reciprocally on an axis, and imparts horizontal vibrations to the vibrating table 10. The vibration exciter 20 is fixed such that the excitation shaft 25 moves reciprocally in a horizontal direction, and includes a mass body 40 arranged on an installation floor 70 movably in the reciprocal movement direction of the excitation shaft 25, and an elastic body holding the mass body 40 on the installation floor 70 movably in the direction in which the excitation shaft 25 moves reciprocally, the total mass of the vibration exciter 20 and mass body 40 being larger than the mass of the vibrating table 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
