<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data replacement device capable of realizing equalized power consumption without requiring precharge. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-tampering replacement table device 10 comprises: a reference position determination part 11 for determining a reference position of an extended replacement table part 13 on the basis of input data and alternation data; an alternation data generation part 12 for outputting the alternation data in which a value switches per one clock cycle of input data; and the extended replacement table part 13 for outputting normal output data for a value corresponding to the reference position and dummy output data for a value corresponding to the reference position. The extended replacement table part 13 outputs the normal output data, and outputs the dummy output data in which a value identical to the normal output data and a value after inverting all bits of the normal output data are alternated per clock cycle of the input data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
