<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure electrostatic characteristics between a powder and a specimen despite types of the powder and the specimen while miniaturizing the specimen as a material with which the powder comes into contact. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic characteristic measuring apparatus 1 rotates a specimen 4 by a rotary motor 5 to feed powder 21 to a horizontal surface 20a of a specimen layer 20 of the specimen 4, by a screw feeder 7. The electrostatic characteristic measuring apparatus 1 causes a charge amount measuring device 8 to measure a charge amount of the powder 21 that is fed to the rotating specimen 4, and scattered from the surface 20a by a centrifugal force, while repeating frictional contact with the surface 20a of the specimen layer 20 of the specimen 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
