<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument capable of using at blackout overnight or even under a dark condition. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a writing instrument in which a ring-like or at least one minuscule white LED light is provided on the periphery of the ink tube of ball-point pens and the like in the transparent or translucent hollow tip part of the writing instrument, and a writing work can be performed even under a dark condition by lighting up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
