<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building block made of a material excellent in an aspect of sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The wood building block 1 is constructed as a prescribed solid shape of a polyhedron such as a cube, cuboid, cylinder, four-sided pyramid or three-sided pyramid, or a sphere, made of a wood material such as Picea jezoensis. The wood building block internally includes: detection devices such as an optical sensor, an inclination sensor, a magnetic sensor, a sound sensor, a touch sensor, a color sensor or temperature sensor; a control device for processing signals detected by the detection devices; operation devices such as a light emitter, a vibrator and a sound emitter to be operated according to the output from the control device; and a power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
