<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-detachable screen window for a vehicle which can prevent the intrusion of rain, wind, and insects. <P>SOLUTION: The screen window 31 attachable to the vehicle includes a door 2, a window frame 3 provided in the door 2, and a door-side weather stripper 15 which resides on the vehicular side of the upper side 14 of the window frame 3 and maintains a vehicle body 1 and the door 2 in a watertight state while the door 2 is closed. In addition, a joint means is provided to join the screen window 31 and the upper side 14 of the window frame 3. The joint means is formed as an insertion strip 45 provided on a screen upper edge 34 of a frame body 32. The insertion strip 45 is inserted and held between the window frame 3 and the door-side weather stripper 15. Because the screen upper edge 34 of the frame body 32 is pressed and held by the door-side weather stripper 15 while the door 2 is closed, a retention strength with the door closed can be enhanced and the intrusion of rain or the like through the frame body of the screen window can be prevented unlike in a conventional structure as well. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
