METHOD FOR EXTRACTING BROWN ALGAE POLYSACCHARIDE VIA MICROWAVE CHEMICAL PROCESS

Disclosed are a method for extracting active polysaccharide from brown algae via a microwave chemical process and the use of brown algae polysaccharide obtained by the method. The method comprises: placing the crushed brown algae raw material into a microwave reaction chamber so as to react same with added acid solution; optionally concentrating, then washing by adding an organic solvent to remove redundant acid; then fraction alcohol precipitating after extracting by water to obtain respectively algin, fucoidan and/or laminaran which are rich in mannuronic acid fragments; adding a base solution into the remaining brown algae residue to perform a digestion treatment, filtering and adjusting the pH value to neutral, and then alcohol precipitating to obtain an algin precipitate rich in guluronic acid fragments.
