An information display processing device comprises: an image input unit which acquires a video signal which is outputted from an external terminal; an image detector unit which detects an image portion which is to be enhanced in an image which the video signal which the video input unit acquires denotes; an image processing unit which enhancement processes the image portion which the image detector unit has detected; and an image display processing unit which carries out a process which displays the image which is processed by the image processing unit on a display device which is connected to the host device.
