The needle has a protective wall (9) which covers needle tip (2), when the needle shield is in blocking position. A tubular protection system has a tube (5) which leads through needle shaft (3). The needle shaft abuts closed portion (11) of needle shield under the pressure of force caused by bending stress in standby position, and the needle tip is covered in blocking position by protective wall. The movable element (8) such as string, thread, ribbon, wire or plaster is attached at needle protector or cannula or envelope, so that the needle guard is manually moved towards needle tip.
