CLOUD END USER MAPPING SYSTEM AND METHOD

Provided are a cloud end user mapping system and method, relating to the technical field of clouds. The system includes: a user mapping object module including an authentication module, a personalized information storage module and an information capture module; at least one work module; a self-learning module; and a user behaviour analysis module. In the present application, a certain user mapping object, i.e., RO, corresponding to a cloud end is set at the cloud end, the self-learning result and user behaviour analysis result after the user uses various application software are stored into the RO corresponding to the user at the cloud end and assigned to each work module in the cloud service, which thoroughly breaks the situation where each module learns independently, realizes uniform user data management and self-learning functions at the cloud end, even if the user changes the terminal device, as long as the user accesses the cloud service system through a registered account, he/she can find the corresponding user RO at the cloud end, thus continuing the cloud service experience with high quality.
