<p>A fragrance-releasing device and mobile phone. The fragrance-releasing device includes a perfume-storage bin with an opening. The storage bin has a thermal distortion flip plate (2) for closing or opening the opening, a segment of the thermal distortion flip plate being installed with a heating resistor (6) for heating same. The storage bin further includes an open outer frame support (1) used as a perfume container, and a cover plate (3) fixed on the outer frame support (1) for closing a portion of the opening. The device solves the difficulty that it is difficult to dispose a complicated electromagnetic device in a small space, and at the same time lowers the costs, so that the fragrance-releasing technology can be applied to end products.</p> |
