The wheel support (1) made of cast iron, has clamping plates (2,3) which are arranged one above another, for fastening a damper strut (4). The clamping plates include clamping jaws (5-8) which are fixedly arranged between the damper strut by two clamping elements (9,10). The clamping elements are arranged for fixation of damper strut in axial longitudinal direction which is parallel to vehicle axle. A stable hanger (11) is fixed to clamping elements for clamping the damper strut at wheel support.
