DEVICE FOR SPRAYING AMMONIA LIQUOR IN PIPE OF COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: An ammonia liquor spraying device for coke oven facility is provided to spray ammonia liquor more accurately because a valve for opening and closing of an ammonia liquor supply pipe is more accurately operated by enhancing the driving structure of the valve. CONSTITUTION: An ammonia liquor spraying device for coke oven facility comprises an ammonia liquor spraying nozzle(12), an ammonia liquor supply pipe(14), a valve part(20), and a driving part(40). The ammonia liquor spraying nozzle is installed in a curved pipe, by which a draft pipe of a coke oven and a gas collecting pipe are connected, to spray ammonia liquor into the curved pipe. The ammonia liquor supply pipe is connected to the ammonia liquor spraying nozzle to supply the ammonia liquor. The valve part is installed on one side of the ammonia liquor supply pipe to open and close the ammonia liquor supply pipe. The driving part is installed in a charging car to operate the valve part.
