PURPOSE: A slab heat pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat transfer efficiency by obtaining an inner vapor flow space in a slab heat pipe structure and by facilitating flow of operating fluid and to facilitate a manufacturing process with a heat-sink integral structure. CONSTITUTION: A slab heat pipe comprises a body unit(100) and a groove(103). The body unit includes a plurality of heat sink fins(101) on the external surface and a plurality of penetration holes(102) separated by one or more separators(104) in the inside. The groove is formed on one or more surfaces among the upper surface or the lower surface of each side of the penetration holes.
