<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of increasing volume energy density thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The battery includes a laminate having a plurality of laminated unit cells. Each of the unit cells include: an electrode body including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and an electrolyte layer arranged between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer; a positive electrode collector connected to the positive electrode layer; and a negative electrode collector connected to the negative electrode layer.
