BASE STATION DEVICE AND SLEEVE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of improving a power-saving effect of the base station device constituting a radio access system.

SOLUTION: A base station device radio communicating with a terminal device comprises: sleep control means for inhibiting the terminal device from transmission and shifting to a sleep state for a predetermined period if detecting that an idle state of a channel continues beyond a sleep stand-by time; condition value setting means for defining a condition value regarding a power-saving operation for each predetermined period; actual value acquisition means for acquiring an actual value regarding the power-saving operation from a start of the predetermined period to a current time; and sleep stand-by time control means for controlling the sleep stand-by time according to comparison results of the actual value and the condition value.
