<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the conventional difficulty of instantaneously understanding how much electric energy or how much money on electricity are saved by each electric energy saving action and so forth. <P>SOLUTION: The electric energy saving action sheet or the like includes: a first place axis indicating a place name in a building and an electric energy amount per unit time to be saved at a place based on a length in an axial direction; a first time axis indicating a time; and a first electric energy saving action arrangement area for displaying electric energy saving action to be taken. In the first electric energy saving action arrangement area, a first electric energy saving action identification area where the electric energy amount to be saved per unit time by electric energy saving action is set as a length in the first place axis direction, the continuance time of the electric energy saving action is set as a length in the first time axis of an axis direction, and a color, a pattern, a touch, etc. are changed by the priority of the associated electric energy saving action.
