PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generating device is provided to improve power generation efficiency by controlling an azimuth and an elevation angle of a solar cell module using a control device. CONSTITUTION: A support frame supports the lower side of a solar cell module. A first support unit(120) supports the support frame. A power transmitting unit(160) includes a driving motor to provide driving power. A body(300) supports the power transmitting unit. A control device controls an azimuth and an elevation angle of a solar cell module.
