摘要 PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring the dispersion of a carbon nano polymer composite material by measuring volume electrical resistivity at ultra-low temperature or room temperature are provided to enable to estimate the dispersed extent of conductive particle in a polymer matrix, thereby improving the reliability of measuring the dispersion. CONSTITUTION: A device(1000) for measuring the dispersion of a carbon nano polymer composite material by measuring volume electrical resistivity at ultra-low temperature or room temperature comprises a specimen(100), a chamber, a temperature adjusting unit(300), a measuring unit(400), a control unit(500), and an output unit(600). The specimen is a carbon nano polymer composite material and includes two or more contact points. The chamber receives the specimen in inside. The temperature adjusting unit adjusts the temperature of the chamber at an ultra-low temperature of -200°C or room temperature. The measuring unit is connected to the contact point of the carbon nano polymer composite material and measures the volume electrical resistivity. The control unit controls the operation of the measuring unit and the temperature adjusting unit.
