PURPOSE: A composite antibiotic composition for animals is provided to ensure low viscosity, high stability of, tylosin, and dexamethasone, and high solubility of florfenicol. CONSTITUTION: A composite antibiotic composition for animals contains 10-40wt% of florfenicol, 2-10wt% of tylosin or veterinarily acceptable salt thereof, and 0.01-0.5wt% of dexamethasone or veterinarily acceptable salt thereof as main ingredients. The composition also contains 1-20wt% of glycerol formal, 0.01-0.1wt% of butyl hydroxyltoluene, 0.1-2wt% of butyl hydroxy anisole, and 50-80wt% of 1-methyl pyrrolidone as excipients. The composition further contains 300mg/ml of florfenicol, 84.4mg/ml of tylosin tartaric acid, 0.75mg/ml of dexamethasone acetate, 50-100mg/ml of glycerol formal, 0.2mg/ml of butyl hydroxyl toluene, 5-10mg/ml of butyl hydroxy anisole, and 630-680mg/ml of 1-methyl pyrrolidone.
